Charlestown East Educational  Preschool  Service is family operated . Charlestown East Educational Preschool
Open in 2000.

The Preschool is an approved Child Care Service that meet the Government’s guidelines to deliver Child Care Benefits to families.

The owners Frances and Nick Chomyn teaching together with long term excellent Staff, who have engaged children, families and friends in an educational preschool environment.

Frances’, ( from NZ and an Early Childhood Teacher ) dream was to own and operate a Child Care Centre. Nick’s (a Construction Engineer with BHP ) dream was to write music & surf for ever, both found themselves in a restaurant in Rome in the late 80’s .

The partnership and change in circumstances of events in their lives grew enable both Frances and Nick to full fill their dreams except for the surfing part, as Jaws and nearly drowning had an impact on that dream.

The year of 2000 provided the challenges to develop the start of the Preschool educational program, which has been continually developed to it’s present, popular stage today.

The expertise to design two Child Care Centre’s in the past, one which is successfully running, and the other which was operated in a neighbouring suburb provided further understanding of the child care industry.

ALSO, IT IS GREAT TO SEE OUR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN COME UP TO US IN THE STREET OR SHOPS AND SMILE TO SAY HELLO! AT ALL AGES.
